百令胶囊联合穴位贴敷对慢性肾炎患者中医证候、肾功能及免疫机制的影响

Effect of Bailing Capsule Combined with Acupoint Application on TCM Syndrome,Renal Function and Immune Mechanism of Patients With Chronic Nephritis

目的观察百令胶囊联合穴位贴敷对慢性肾炎患者中医证候、肾功能和免疫机制的影响。方法将我院134例慢性肾炎患者均分为观察组与对照组各67例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合百令胶囊及穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肾功能和免疫指标的变化情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且观察组积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血肌酐(Scr)、尿毒氮(BUN)、CD8+均降低,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+增高;且观察组Scr、BUN、CD8+均低于对照组观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性肾炎疗效较好,能明显改善患者中医证候和肾功能;增强机体免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Bailing Capsule combined with acupoint application on TCM syndrome,renal function and immune mechanism of patients with chronic nephritis.Methods 134 cases of patients with chronic nephritis were divided into observation group and control group,67 cases each.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while observation group was treated with Bailing Capsule and acupoint application on the basis of control group.The changes in efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,renal function and immune indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,which of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the levels of creatinine(Scr),blood urinary nitrogen(BUN),and CD8^+in both groups decreased,and CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+increased;and the Scr BUN,CD8^+in observation group were lower than those of control group,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in treatment group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion B ailing Capsule combined with acupoint application has a good effect on patients with chronic nephritis,it can improve TCM syndromes and renal function obviously,and enhance the body’s immune function.
