食滞胃肠泄泻动物模型制备思路与评价指标

Animal Model Preparation and Evaluation Indicators of Food Stagnation Gastrointestinal Diarrhea

人类疾病动物模型在认识生命科学客观规律中扮演着重要的角色,中医动物模型建立是中医药研究现代化进程的重要推动力。食滞胃肠泄泻是中医泄泻当中常见的一种类型,多因饮食不节、暴饮暴食而致宿食内停、阻滞肠胃。在中医基础理论指导下,建立符合中医病因病机的食滞胃肠泄泻动物模型是开展该病基础研究工作的重要载体。分析食滞胃肠相关动物模型研究现状、食滞胃肠泄泻的中医认识,结合食滞、脾虚与泄泻三者之间的关系,为食滞胃肠泄泻动物模型的制备提供思路。

Animal models of human diseases play an important role in understanding objective laws of life science,the establishment of animal models of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important driving force for the modernization of TCM research. Food stagnation gastrointestinal diarrhea is a common type of diarrhea in TCM,which has an important impact on patients’ work and life. Under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM,it is an important carrier to establish the animal model of food stagnation gastrointestinal diarrhea in accordance with the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM. Therefore,by analyzing the research status of animal models related to food stagnation gastrointestinal diarrhea and the TCM understanding of food stagnation gastrointestinal diarrhea,and combining the relationship among food stagnation,spleen-deficiency and diarrhea,provides ideas for the preparation of animal models of food stagnation and gastrointestinal diarrhea.
