摘要
糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)是糖尿病比较常见的慢性并发症,中医学上属于"消渴"合并"痞满"范畴,中焦(脾胃)气机逆乱,脾胃功能失常是DGP的基本病机,故众多医家多从脾胃论出发,采用具有益气健脾和胃作用的中医外治、中医内治、内外合治等疗法治疗DGP,取得了显著疗效,本文就此做一综述,显示出中医药治疗的独特优势,同时发现其中不足,为今后从脾胃论治DGP的研究指明方向。
Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)is a common chronic complications of diabetes,which belongs to the category of"excessive"merge"distention and fullness",verse viscera qi activity of zhongjiao(spleen and stomach)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Spleen and stomach dysfunction is the basic pathogenesis of DGP,so that many physicians more starting from the theory of spleen and stomach,DGP was treated by external treatment,internal treatment and internal and external treatment with the functions of invigorating qi and spleen and stomach. The paper makes a review,shows the unique advantages of TCM treatment,and points out its shortcomings,it will indicate the direction for the study of treating DGP from spleen and stomach.
