摘要
目的观察安胎降糖汤对妊娠期糖尿病糖脂代谢、妊娠结局和新生儿并发症的影响。方法选取我院102例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者作为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组采用胰岛素和基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用安胎降糖汤治疗,比较两组的糖脂代谢、孕妇的妊娠结局和新生儿并发症的发生率。结果治疗前两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组FBG、2hPG、HbAlc、TG、TC均下降(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组FBG、2hPG、HbAlc、TG、TC均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安胎降糖汤明显地改善患者血糖和血脂水平、降低不良的妊娠结局及新生儿并发症的发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of Antai Jiangtang decoction on glucose and lipid metabolism,pregnancy outcome and neonatal complications in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 102 cases of patients with GDM were divided into observation group and control group.Control group received insulin and basic treatment,observation group was treated with Antai Jiangtang decoction on the basis of control group.The glucose and lipid metabolism,the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women and the incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in Fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FBG,2 h PG,Hb Alc,TG and TC decreased(P<0.05),which in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of neonatal complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antai Jiangtang decoction significantly improves glucose and blood lipid levels,reduces adverse pregnancy outcomes and the incidence of neonatal complications.
