红花化瘀汤熏洗对膝关节镜术后康复治疗的临床疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Honghua Huayu Decoction Fumigation on Rehabilitation Treatment after Knee Arthroscopic Surgery

目的观察红花化瘀汤熏洗在膝关节镜术后康复治疗中的应用效果及对VAS评分的影响。方法将入选的90例行膝关节镜手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和治疗组(46例)。对照组术后进行常规术膝股四头肌收缩、直腿抬高、压腿练习等康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加以红花化瘀汤熏洗治疗。比较两组治疗前、后疼痛VAS评分,膝关节肿胀值以及膝关节活动度;比较两组膝关节功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛VAS评分明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组膝关节髌骨上缘2cm、髌骨中点、腓肠肌最粗点肿胀值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组膝关节活动度明显增加,且治疗组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组膝关节功能优良率91.30%明显高于对照组72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜术后康复治疗中联合使用红花化瘀汤熏洗治疗,有助于缓解疼痛,消除肿胀,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Honghua Huayu decoction fumigation on rehabilitation treatment after knee arthroscopic surgery and its influences on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score.Methods 90 cases of patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and treatment group(n=46).After surgery,control group underwent routine rehabilitation treatment such as knee quadriceps contraction,straight leg raising and leg press exercises,while treatment group was treated with Honghua Huayu decoction fumigation on the basis of control group.The VAS score,knee swelling value,and knee range of motion before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Knee function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);VAS scores in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group;swelling values at 2 cm upper limb of patella,midpoint of patella,and thickest point of gastrocnemius in both was significantly decreased,the above indexes in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the knee ranges of motion in both groups were significantly increased,treatment group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05);the good rate of knee function in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(91.30%vs 72.73%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Honghua Huayu decoction fumigation in rehabilitation treatment after knee arthroscopic surgery can help relieve pain,eliminate swelling,and promote knee function recovery.
