疏肝解郁手法联合来士普治疗产后抑郁临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Soothing Liver Stagnation Manipulation Combined with Lexapro in Treatment of Postpartum Depression

目的观察疏肝解郁手法联合来士普治疗产后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予来士普药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用疏肝解郁推拿手法治疗,1次/d,30min/次,连续治疗8周。分别比较两组患者治疗前、治疗4周后、8周后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗前两组HAMD、EPDS评分比较,数据无统计学差异(P>0.05);在治疗4周后、8周后分别较本组治疗前评分变化有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组量表评分明显低于同期对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率上观察组总发生率明显低于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁手法联合来士普药物治疗产后抑郁疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of soothing liver stagnation manipulation combined with medication in treatment of postpartum depression.Methods 80 cases of patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.Control group was given Lexapro,observation group was treated with soothing liver stagnation manipulation on the basis of control group,once a day,30 min each time,continuous for 8 courses.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)before treatment,after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD and EPDS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the scores of the two groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);compared with control group,observation group got more significant change of HAMD and EPDS score(P<0.05),there was a statistical difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Soothing liver stagnation manipulation combined with medication for postpartum depression is worthy of clinical promotion.
