消风通窍法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Effect and Safety of Xiaofeng Tongqiao Method on Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察消风通窍法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析本院治疗的171例过敏性鼻炎患儿,依据治疗方式将采取常规西医治疗的患儿64例纳入西医组,将采取消风通窍汤口服治疗的患儿107例纳入中医组。比较两组患儿临床症状、免疫功能指标、复发率以及不良反应发生情况。结果中医组患儿临床治疗有效率92.25%高于西医组81.25%(P<0.05);中医组治疗后流涕、喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、目痒、肤痒、嗅觉异常、咳嗽、喉中痰嘶、睡眠障碍、饮食异常、舌脉异常症状评分低于西医组(P<0.05);中医组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平低于西医组;两组患儿不良反应发生情况比较(P>0.05);随访1个月,中医组复发率率3.74%低于西医组14.06%(P<0.05)。结论消风通窍法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎可有效改善患儿临床症状,调节免疫功能,降低复发率,疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of Xiaofeng Tongqiao method on pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods 171 cases of patients with pediatric allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,64 cases was treated with routine western medicine in western medicine group,while 117 cases were given oral Xiaofeng Tongqiao decoction in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group.The clinical symptoms,immune function indexes,recurrence rate and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate of clinical treatment in TCM group was higher than that in western medicine group(92.25%vs 81.25%).(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of symptoms such as rhinorrhoea,sneezing,nasal itching,nasal congestion,eye itching,skin itching,olfactory abnormality,cough,phlegm in throat,sleep disorder,abnormal diet and abnormal tongue vein in Chinese medicinc group were lower than those in Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);the level of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)in TCM group was lower than that in western medicine group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the follow-up lasted for 1 month,the recurrence rate in TCM group was lower than that in western medicine group(3.74%vs 14.06%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaofeng Tongqiao method can effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate immune function,alleviate inflammatory reactions,reduce recurrence rate in treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis,the curative effect is significant and safety is high.
