中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Combined Chinese-Western Therapy in Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的观察采用中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院慢性胃炎患者60例,分为常规三联药物治疗组(西医治疗组)和三联药联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗组(中西医结合治疗组),统计分析两组患者的幽门螺杆菌根除情况、临床疗效、复发情况。结果中西医结合治疗组患者的幽门螺杆菌根除率显著高于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率显著高于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),治疗后6个月的复发率显著低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),VAS评分显著低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃炎患者采用中西医结合疗法治疗的临床疗效优于常规西医治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese-western therapy in treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into western medicine group and integrated Chinese-western therapy group,30 cases each.Western medicine group was treated with conventional triple drug therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp);integrated Chinese-western therapy group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of western medicine group.The eradication of Hp,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The eradication rate of Hp of integrated Chinese-western therapy group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05),the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate after 6 months of treatment was significantly lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05),the Visual Analogy Scale(VAS)score was significantly lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy on chronic gastritis is better than western medicine,so is worthy of clinical promotion.
