Labor culture during the Jinggangshan struggle period is an important part of red culture.During the Jinggangshan struggle period,the CPC and the masses under its leadership inherited the fine labor tradition of the Chinese nation,practiced the Marxist values of labor,and developed the spirit of hard work,pioneering and innovation;the style of respecting labor,loving labor and mutual assistance;and the quality of selfless devotion,diligence and frugality.The labor practices during the Jinggangshan struggle period and the initial formation of the labor culture based on them have not only played an important role in the continuous victory of the revolution,but also have important contemporary values in the new journey to the great cause today.It is both a spiritual force for the development of all national and social undertakings and a fertile ground for cultivating hardworking,innovative and all-rounded workers in the new era.
