共同富裕中的“红色精神”书写——以浙江省为分析中心

“Red Spirit”in Common Prosperity——Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

红色精神是“红色根脉”的组成部分,浙江省正守好“红色根脉”,在共同富裕中实现精神富有。运用马克思需要理论,实现精神共同富裕与人的本性、社会主要矛盾及高质量发展密切相关。浙江省启动共同富裕示范区建设以来,以红色精神为特殊资源,加快实现人民群众精神生活富足,成效比较明显,但也存在一些问题。浙江省要从实际出发探索汲取红色精神力量、实现精神共同富裕的行动路径:理念层面,从微观转向宏观;制度层面,从碎片化转向体系化;实践层面,注重特色引领与典型示范;技术层面,依托数字化改革,实现数字赋能。

Red spirit is a part of the“red root”and Zhejiang Province is adhering to its“red root”to achieve common spiritual prosperity.According to Marx’s theory of needs,the realization of common spiritual prosperity is closely related to human nature,the main social contradiction and high-quality development.Since Zhejiang Province started its construction of the common prosperity demonstration area,it has made great results in using the red spirit as a special resource to accelerate the realization of the spiritual prosperity of the people,but there are also some problems.Zhejiang Province should explore the path to draw on the power of the red spirit and achieve spiritual common wealth from the practical point of view.It should shift from micro thinking to macro thinking at the conceptual level,from fragmentation to systematization at the institutional level,focusing on the leading and demonstrative role of characteristics models at the practical level and rely on digital reform to realize digital empowerment at the technical level.
