东北烈士纪念馆为宣传英烈事迹,弘扬东北抗联精神,保护红色文化资源,传承革命优秀传统,加强爱国主义教育,推动社会主义思想文化建设进行了不懈努力。东北抗联"八女投江"英雄事迹名闻中外,不仅是东北人民抗日斗争史上不朽的篇章,也是中华民族解放斗争史上壮丽的一页。东北烈士纪念馆最早对东北抗联"八女投江"英雄事迹进行陈展宣传。"八女投江"的伟大牺牲精神感动并教育了全国人民。东北烈士纪念馆最早成立专题调查组,对"八女投江"事迹进行全面考证,并最终确定了八位女战士的姓名、战斗经过和殉难地,为东北抗联文化资源的宣传和保护做出了突出贡献。

The Northeast Martyrs Memorial Hall is the first revolutionary memorial hall established by the Communist Party of China in a big city.It has made unremitting efforts to promote the deeds of the heroes,carry forward the spirit of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army,protect the red cultural resources,inherit the excellent traditions of the revolution,strengthen patriotism education,and promote the construction of socialist ideology and culture.The heroic deeds of the eight women fighters are well-known both at home and abroad.It is not only an immortal chapter in the history of the Northeast people’s anti-Japanese struggle,but also a magnificent page in the history of the Chinese national liberation struggle.The Northeast Martyrs Memorial Museum was the first to set up a special investigation team to conduct a comprehensive verification of the deeds of the eight fighters,and finally determined their names,battle history and the place of their death,thus making outstanding contributions to the promotion and protection of the cultural resources of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army.
