摘要
在今天的艺术生态中,展览在很大程度上等同于艺术,这是它区别于其他类型的艺术活动或创作、写作的要件。展览不是一个结果,而是一种动态的过程编辑,既有对展出材料(艺术家、作品、文献)的编辑,又要将它们置入具体的实体空间中进行空间编辑。以系统性秩序建构为目的,在展览现场呈现策展人对展出对象的理解。因此,重要的是现场。
The exhibition is not a result,but a dynamic process of editing.Both the materials on display(artists,works,documents)and their spatial allocation are associated with editing.The effectiveness of the curatorial concept ultimately depends on the response of the audience on site which is a piece of work collectively created by visitors,curators,artists and media.Moreover,each exhibition is the discussion of new issues or the stimulation of new questions.The spatial strategy and narrative approach of the exhibition not only affects the final message,but also reshapes the original art materials.
