上海犹太难民纪念馆是一座讲述二战时期欧洲犹太人辗转上海避难,并与中国人民友爱互助、共同抵御法西斯残害故事的公共设施。其基本陈列传播的这段历史,是特殊背景下中犹民族的共同记忆,是两个民族共同的信念和情感,也是对人类社会具有启示意义的、一个需要让世界听到的中国故事。展览推出以来,备受各界关注。该展览在开发和实施过程中,通过演进与升华并重的展览主题,提炼超越意识形态差异的史料挖掘整理,以及基于国际化视角的展陈方案开发,进行向世界讲述中国故事的实践探索。

Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum is a public facility that tells the story of the European Jews who took refuge in Shanghai during the Second World War and who fought together with the Chinese people against the brutalities of Fascism.The basic display in this museum narratesthe specific history shared by Chinese and Jewish peoples in a special context,revealing the common beliefs and emotions of both peoples.It tells an inspirational Chinese story which deserves to be heard by the world.Since its launch,the exhibition has attracted much attention from all walks of life.During the design and implementation of the exhibition,the museum’s exploration of themes,the extraction of historical materials,and the development of an international display design are a practice of telling Chinese stories to the world.
