昆虫血蓝蛋白的研究进展

Progress in Research on the Function of Insect Hemocyanin

血蓝蛋白又称为血蓝素,是一种含铜离子的呼吸蛋白,主要在某些节肢动物或者某些软体动物的血淋巴中富集。昆虫体内的血蓝蛋白具有参与氧气的运输、蛋白质储存、昆虫免疫、脂蛋白受体、抗菌等功能,对昆虫的生长发育及对环境的适应性有显著的影响。本文主要综述昆虫血蓝蛋白的结构进化、组成以及各种功能作用等。

Hemocyanin,also known as hemocyanin,is a respiratory protein containing copperions,mainly enriched in the hemolymph of some arthropods and mollusks.It is one of the important respiratory proteins in insects and has a significant impact on the growth and development of insects and their adaptability to the environment.In recent years,the function of hemocyanin has been reported.This paper mainly reviews the structure evolution,composition and function of insect hemocyanin.
