净化优化乃至重构党内政治生态,是新时代党建思想的根本旨归。党的十八大以来,中国共产党坚持"破""立"并举,以正风肃纪、加强党内政治文化建设、坚持正确选人用人导向、严明党的政治纪律、调动干部队伍积极性为抓手,从作风建设、文化建设、组织建设、纪律建设等方面多管齐下,并将制度建设融入其中,系统治理,全方位营造风清气正的政治生态。

Purifying,optimizing and reconstructing the political ecology in the CPC is the essential aim of the party building thought in the new era.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has insisted on the concept of the"destruction"and the"construction"simultaneously.It reinforces the political and cultural construction in the Party,sticking to the correct orientation of personnel selection and appointment,observing the strict political discipline of the Party,motivating the enthusiasm of the leader’s team so as to build a clean and healthy political ecology comprehensively from the perspectives of work style construction,cultural construction,organizational construction and discipline construction,moreover,the system construction should be well integrated in it.
