Development of Practice Education System of Communist Youth League in Higher Vocational Colleges in New Era

高职院校是新时期我国高素质技术技能型人才培养的主要阵地,承担着教书育人的重要使命。在育人环节,高职院校各部门通过职责的履行,从不同层面实现了人才的多层次培养目标。从深耕理论、投身实践、知行合一和深度融合四个方面提出高职院校共青团育人体系构建的策略。

Higher vocational colleges are the main locations for training high-quality technical and technical talents in the new era and for undertaking the important mission of teaching and educating people.From the aspect of educating people,various departments of higher vocational colleges fulfill the purpose of multilevel training of talents from different levels through the performance of their duties.Among them,in the process of developing a practical education system for higher vocational Communist Youth League organizations,they need to deeply understand the nature of practical education such as advancing with the times,people-oriented,and based on the theory,practice,value,society and other levels,the control of the value scale of the Communist Youth League’s practical education,and strategies proposed for the improvement of the youth education system of the Communist Youth League in vocational colleges from four aspects:intensive cultivation theory,devotion to practice,unity of knowledge and action as well as full integration.
