浅议树立正确的领导权威观

Establishment of Correct Concepts of Political Authoritativeness of Leaders

社会需要权威,才能实现稳定、统一,领导需要权威,才能有效地进行协调、指挥。治国理政需要领袖集团的核心领导。社会主义国家主张权力为民所有、为民所用。权力的基础是人民的支持和拥护、人心向背,力量对比决定权威的存亡。苏联解体、东欧剧变的历史悲剧得出启示:困难不可怕,挫折不可怕,可怕的是人心的流失。要树立正确的领导权威观,始终把人民利益放在第一位,加强党内法规制度体系建设,真正实现领导干部做到"权为民所用,情为民所系,利为民所谋"。

It takes authoritativeness in a society to be stable and unified.Only leaders with political authoritativeness can effectively coordinate and run a society.In the same manner,to properly govern a country demands leadership from the core leader group.A socialist country claims that its power is for people and by people.Since the very foundation of power is the support and alliance of people,the life or death of political authoritativeness relies on whether a government can maintain or lose people’s support and the consequent power changes.The historic tragedies of the collapse of the Soviet Union along with the upheaval of Eastern Europe show that it is lose of people’s faith,not difficulties nor frustrations,which will bring fatal catastrophe.Therefore,it is necessary to establish correct concepts of political authoritativeness,to put people’s interest as the priority forever and to improve the inner-party laws and regulations so as to make leaders serve people,care for people and bring benefits to people with their power.
