Regulation Mechanism of the Civil Relations in the Civil Code

我国《民法典》通过设立民事法律关系机制调整民事关系;以民事法律关系为主线编纂的《民法典》,其总则编是关于民事法律关系的一般规定,其分则编为类型化民事法律关系规范;民事法律关系规范既是民事主体的行为规范,又是人民法院的民事裁判规则以及律师处理民事纠纷案件的实体法依据。

Chinese civil code regulates civil relations through the establishment of a civil legal relationship mechanism.The civil code complied with the civil legal relations as the main line,the general laws of the civil code are the general provisions on the civil legal relations,the specific laws of the civil code are the typological norms of civil legal relations.Norms of civil legal relations are not only the norms of behavior of civil subjects,but also the civil judgment rules of the people’s courts and the substantive law basis for lawyers to handle civil disputes.
