发展中医药大健康产业已成为惠州经济社会发展战略之一。惠州发展中医药大健康产业,既拥有一些有利的发展条件,包括具有产业基础、独特的内部优势与外部机会,同时,也面临一些不利的制约因素。为了促进该产业高质量发展,惠州需要整合内外资源,充分发挥自身的特长与优势,提出合适的发展对策,包括进行顶层设计、完善管理体制、构建发展平台、建设产业园区、发展新业态、发展中医药健康服务业、出台扶持政策等。

The development of traditional Chinese medicine health industry has become one of Huizhou’s economic and social development strategies.Huizhou has some favorable conditions for the development of TCM health industry,including industrial foundation,unique internal advantages and external opportunities.At the same time,it also faces some unfavorable constraints.In order to promote the high-quality development of the industry,Huizhou needs to integrate internal resources with external resources,gives full play to its strengths and advantages,and puts forward appropriate developmental solutions,including top-level design,improvement of management system,establishment of development platform,construction of industrial parks,development of new business forms,development of traditional Chinese medicine health services,and introduction of supportive policies.
