河南省育龄期女性生育力现状及不孕症发生情况调查

Investigation on fertility status and incidence of infertility among women of childbearing age in Henan Province

目的调查河南省育龄期女性的生育力现状及不孕症发生情况。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,在2019年3月—10月份抽取河南地区765例20~49岁育龄期女性进行横断面调查。问卷内容包括个人基本信息、一般情况、体格检查、阴道超声检查及血清学检查等。结果共纳入有效问卷765例,其中30-39岁占比最多,为53.73%;20~29岁占比为28.10%,40~49岁占比为18.17%。随着年龄的增加,AMH水平及双侧AFC数均呈逐渐下降趋势,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有生育意愿者占47.97%,无生育意愿者占52.03%。不孕症女性有188人,总体不孕症患病率为24.58%,其中原发不孕占26.60%,继发不孕占73.40%。随着年龄的增加,不孕症患病率显著升高,20~29岁为11.16%,30~39岁为31.39%,40~49岁为25.18%。结论河南育龄女性不孕症发生率较高,生育能力随着年龄增加逐渐降低,提倡适龄婚育。

Objective To explore the fertility status and the prevalence of infertility of childbearing age women in Henan province.Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted from March 2019 to October2019.Using simple random sampling,we randomly selected 765 reproductive women of 20-49 years old in Henan Province to conduct a cross-sectional survey.The survey included questionnaire,physical examination,transvaginal ultrasonography examination and blood texting.Results A total of 765 cases were included.The proportion of 30-39 years old was the largest(53.73%),the proportion of 20-29 year old was 28.10%,and the proportion of 40-49 year old was 18.17%.With the increase of age,AMH level and bilateral AFC number gradually decreased,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Of all the women in th survey,47.97%had the intention to give birth,while 52.03%not.The overall prevalence of infertility was 24.58%(188/765),of which 26.60%were primary infertility and 73.40%were secondary infertility.With the increase of age,the prevalence of infertility significantly increased,and it was 11.16%at 20-29 years old,31.39%at 30-39 years old,and 25.18%at 40-49 years old.Conclusion The incidence of infertility is high among women of childbearing age in Henan,and the fertility is decreasing with age.More attention should be paid to marriage and childbearing at appropriate age.
