电磁波照射治疗联合运动疗法对膝关节骨关节炎的疗效观察

Clinical effect of electromagnetic wave radiation therapy combined with exercise therapy on knee osteoarthritis

目的将电磁波照射治疗和运动疗法联合应用,以观察其对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法观察对象:2018年10月—2020年10月郑州大学第二附属医院康复科门诊和住院的膝关节骨性关节炎患者100例,其分组方法为协变量-动态随机分组,分为对照组(50例,运动疗法)和观察组(50例,运动疗法联合电磁波照射治疗)。观察指标为:①膝关节疼痛改善程度,②膝关节功能恢复状态。结果观察组患者经治疗后其疼痛评分为(2.72±0.93)分,比对照组(4.13±1.62)分降低更明显(P<0.05);膝关节功能HSS评分,观察组患(84.83±4.99)比对照组(71.33±8.80)提高更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的关节活动度、疼痛和步行距离及上下楼用扶手评分与对照组做组间比较,其评分明显增高更加明显,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电磁波照射治疗联合运动疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗和单用运动疗法比较,其治疗效果更佳。

Objective To observe the effect of electromagnetic wave irradiation combined with exercise therapy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods From in October 2018 to October 2020 the second affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university rehabilitation clinic and hospital,100 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,the grouping method for the covariate-dynamic random grouping,divided into the control group(50 cases,exercise therapy)and group(50 cases,exercise therapy with electromagnetic radiation therapy).The observation indexes were:①Improvement degree of knee joint pain;②Recovery state of knee joint function.Results After treatment,the pain score of observation group was(2.72±0.93)points,which was significantly lower than that of control group[(4.13±1.62)points](P<0.05);HSS score of knee function in the observation group(84.83±4.99)was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.33±8.80),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of motion,pain,walking distance and armrest score of the observation group were compared with those of the control group.The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electromagnetic wave irradiation combined with exercise therapy on knee osteoarthritis is better than that of exercise therapy alone.
