癌胚抗原与糖类抗原125及SCC和CYFRA21-1联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值

Value of combined detection of CEA and carbohydrate antigen 125, SCC and CYFRA21-1 in diagnosis of lung cancer

目的探讨肺癌诊断中CEA(癌胚抗原)、CA125(糖类抗原125)、SCC(鳞状上皮细胞癌相关抗原)、CYFRA21-1(细胞角蛋白19片段21-1)联合检测的应用价值。方法将2019年2月—2020年9月在扬州市江都人民医院诊治的98例肺癌患者视为研究对象,将其归为观察组,再选取同时期96例健康体检者为研究对象,将其归为对照组,两组研究对象均分别测定CEA、CA125、SCC、CYFRA21-1,对比各项测定值差异,同时分析各项肿瘤标志物单独诊断与联合诊断肺癌的阳性率。结果观察组CA125、CEA、SCC、CYFRA21-1测定值分别为(88.39±5.63)U/mL、(52.69±6.28)μg/L、(10.89±2.27)ng/mL、(12.89±6.37)ng/mL,均高于对照组[(20.12±2.18)U/mL、(2.02±0.15)μg/L、(0.92±0.21)ng/mL、(1.21±0.18)ng/mL],组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=105.089、74.796、40.559、16.996,P<0.05)。结论肺癌诊断中CA125、CEA、SCC、CYFRA21-1均具有一定应用价值,为提高诊断准确率,可行联合检测。

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of CEA,CA125,SCC and CYFRA21-1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods Totally 98 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 were regarded as the study object and classified as the observation group,and 96 healthy subjects at the same time in our hospital were selected as the study object and classified as the control group.CEA,CA125,SCC and CyFRA21-1 were determined respectively in the two groups.The positive rate of each tumor marker in lung cancer diagnosis alone and in combination was analyzed.Results CA125,CEA,SCC and CYFRA21-1 in observation group were(88.39±5.63)U/mL,(52.69±6.28)μg/L,(10.89±2.27)ng/mL,(12.89±6.37)ng/mL,respectively.Compared with the control group[(20.12±2.18)U/mL,(2.02±0.15)μg/L,(0.92±0.21)ng/mL,(1.21±0.18)ng/mL],the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=105.089,74.796,40.559,16.996,P<0.05).Conclusion CA125,CEA,SCC and CYFRA21-1 have certain application value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy,combined detection is feasible.
