河南省二级医疗机构临床医生健康状况及影响因素分析

Analysis on health condition and influencing factors of clinicians in grade Ⅱhospital in Henan Province

目的了解河南省二级医疗机构临床医生健康状况及影响因素,为我省医疗卫生政策的制定和医务人员的管理进一步提供科学依据。方法随机抽取5家河南省二级医疗机构,对244名临床医生进行健康状况问卷调查。运用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计描述及影响因素分析。结果河南省二级医疗机构的临床医生以本科学历、主治医师及以下职称为主,约12.6%患有明确诊断的疾病或异常。患病临床医生的生理健康自测、心理健康自测、社会健康自测、健康总体自测、总体自测5个维度评分均低于未患病临床医生;平均睡眠时长大于7个小时者,其生理健康自测得分、社会健康自测得分、健康总体自测得分以及总体自测得分等均高于睡眠时长不足7个小时的医生;不锻炼者的心理健康自测得分、社会健康自测得分、健康总体自测得分以及总体自测得分均低于锻炼者。结论患病与否、睡眠状况、运动锻炼情况是河南省二级医疗机构临床医生健康的影响因素,应注意合理的作息时间,适当参加户外活动对健康有益。

Objective To understand the health condition and influencing factors of clinicians in gradeⅡhospital in Henan Province,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of medical and health policies and the management of medical personnel in Henan Province.Methods Five hospital of gradeⅡin Henan Province were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.There were 244 clinicians investigated.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical description and influencing factor analysis.Results Clinicians in gradeⅡhospital in Henan Province mainly have bachelor’s degree,attending physician and the following professional titles.There were about 12.6%have diagnosed diseases or abnormalities.The sick clinicians’scores of physical health self-test,mental health self-test,social health self-test,overall health self-test and overall self-test were lower than non sick clinicians.The physical health self-test score,social health self-test score,overall health self-test score and overall self-test score of those who slept more than 7 hours were higher than those who slept less than 7 hours.The mental health self-test score,social health self-test score,overall health self-test score and overall self-test score of non exercisers were lower than those of exercisers.Conclusion Illness,sleep and exercise are the influencing factors of clinicians’health in gradeⅡhospital in Henan Province.We should pay attention to reasonable work and rest time,properly participate in outdoor activities,which were beneficial to health.
