摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)常见于冠状动脉痉挛的缓解、动脉搭桥术、溶栓疗法、心脏外科体外循环等过程中,会造成组织不可逆损伤及多器官功能障碍,会对临床外科手术预后造成明显影响,如何减轻IRI受到临床重视。微小RNA(miRNA)可通过调控基因表达影响多种信号途径及病理生理过程,目前已发现多种miRNA在组织器官IRI中出现明显变化,参与IRI的发生与进展。本次归纳总结了缺血再灌注损伤发生机制、miRNAs在心肌IRI、脑IRI及肝脏IRI中的表达情况、miRNAs调控IRI的相关途径,以期为IRI患者的microRNA靶点治疗提供参考。 Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)is common in the remission of coronary artery spasm,arterial bypass,thrombolytic therapy,cardiopulmonary bypass and other processes.It can cause irreversible tissue damage and multiple organ dysfunction,which will affect the prognosis of clinical surgery.Obviously,how to reduce IRI has received clinical attention.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)can affect a variety of signal pathways and pathophysiological processes by regulating gene expression.At present,it has been found that a variety of miRNAs have significant changes in tissues and organs IRI and participate in the occurrence and progress of IRI.This summary summarizes the mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury,the expression of miRNAs in myocardial IRI,brain IRI and liver IRI,and the related pathways of miRNA regulation of IRI,in order to provide reference for the treatment of microRNA targets in IRI patients.
