2020年郑州地区献血者群体特征分析

Analysis of population characteristics of blood donors in Zhengzhou area in 2020

目的分析2020年郑州地区无偿献血者的人群特征,为血站持续做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化期间无偿献血,以及完善突发公共卫生事件采供血应急预案提供借鉴。方法从血站信息管理系统中收集2020年献血者年龄、职业等数据,录入Excel表格进行分类统计,并与2018—2019年数据进行比较,探讨分析郑州地区无偿献血者人群特征。结果2020年与2018—2019年相比,男性献血者比例上升;其他职业和学生仍然是献血者主力,农民、工人、军人、医务工作者占比下降,职员、公务员、自由职业、专业技术职业占比上升;献血者受教育程度仍然是本科、大专和其他学历,本科、大专学历占比下降,其他学历献血者占比上升;18~25岁年龄段仍然是献血者的主力,26岁以上各年龄段占比持续上升。结论新冠疫情发生以来,郑州地区献血者人群特征发生了变化,应及时完善应急采供血预案,更好精准实施献血者招募。

Objective The population characteristics of voluntary blood donors in Zhengzhou area in 2020 was analyzed to make a guarantee for a continuous donation in blood stations during the regular epidemic prevention and control,and to improve the emergency plan for blood collection and supply in emergency public health event.Methods The age and occupation data of blood donors in 2020 collected from the blood station information management system,were compared with the data in 2018-2019 to explore the population characteristics in Zhengzhou area.Results Compared with the data in 2018-2019,the male blood donors increased in 2020.Other occupation and students were the majority of blood donors,and the proportion of farmers,workers,soldiers and medical profession have decreased,while the proportion of staff,civil servants,freelancers and professional and technical staff have increased.The most of the blood donors had undergraduates and other academic qualifications,the proportion of undergraduates and college education donors have decreased,and the proportion of others have increased.The age of 18-25 was still the main blood donors,the proportion of over 26 years old showed a continuously increased trend.Conclusion Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the characteristics of blood donors have changed in Zhengzhou area,which was timely improved the emergency plan for blood collection and supply,to implement accurately the recruitment of blood donors in the future.
