国内医务人员信息素养研究文献统计分析

Bibliometric analysis of research on information literacy of medical staff in China

目的对国内研究医务人员信息素养方面的相关文献进行计量分析,了解研究现状,发现关注热点。方法以知网中国医院数字图书馆(CNKI)为数据源,对检出的2020年10月之前国内发表的医务人员信息素养相关文献进行筛选、归纳,从文献发表年份、期刊分布、作者地区分布、基金资助情况、关键词频次等方面进行计量分析。结果共检索出相关文献108篇,总体发文量偏少;期刊分布方面:文献发表在65种期刊,其中10种期刊的复合影响因子≥1,其发文量占总发文量比例9.3%;作者地区分布:21个省/直辖市作者进行了相关研究,地区分布不平衡;基金资助情况:基金资助的比率约17.59%,超4/5的研究缺乏基金资助。关键词词频:归纳后的关键词有51个。结论国内医务人员信息素养研究的热点主要集中在医务人员信息素质教育培养、医院信息管理和建设、医院图书馆建设、信息服务等4个方面,需要多方面实践拓展研究。

Objective To conduct a quantitative analysis of the relevant literature on the information literacy of medical staff in China,to understand the research status,and to discover the hot spots of concern.Methods Using China Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD)of CNKI as the data source,we summarized and screened the information literacy related documents of medical staff published in China before 2020.From the publication year of the literature,the distribution of journals,the distribution of authors by region,and the fund Quantitative analysis of funding status,keyword frequency and other aspects.Results A total of 108 related articles were retrieved,and the total number of published articles was less;In terms of journal distribution:the literature was published in 65 journals,of which only 10 journals had a composite impact factor≥1,accounting for 9.3%of the total number of papers published;In terms of regional distribution of authors:as of October 2020,the authors from 21 provinces/municipalities have conducted relevant research,and the regional distribution is unbalanced;Fund support:the fund support ratio is about 17.59%,and more than 4/5 of the research lacks fund support.Keyword frequency:after induction,there are 51 keywords.Conclusion The current situation of this research mainly focuses on four aspects:information literacy education and training of medical staff,hospital information management and construction,hospital library construction,and information service.It needs continuous attention and multi-faceted research and practice.
