胚胎停育患者72例胎儿绒毛组织CMA检测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对72例早孕期胚胎停育患者的胎儿绒毛组织进行染色体微阵列(CMA)检测,对检测结果进行分析,探讨胚胎停育和染色体结果异常的相关性。帮助患者了解导致胚胎停育的影响因素,及由胚胎停育带来的危害性。以便对患者再次生育进行指导。方法收集2017—2020年就诊于日照市妇幼保健院产前诊断中心的孕妇流产组织样本一共72例,年龄20~43岁(平均年龄32.0岁),比较<35岁组和≥35岁组染色体异常比率的差异,对检测结果进行统计及综合分析。结果两组样本均采用CMA检查技术进行检测,胚胎停育病例中低龄组和高龄组染色体异常的检出率分别是67.3%和73.9%,将两组样本的染色体异常比率进行比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,失败率分别为6.1%和8.7%。<35岁组染色体异常中16三体和X单体占比最多分别达到14.3%和10.20%。≥35岁组染色体异常占比最多的是X单体,占比为13.00%,其他异常种类占比较分散,这种情况可能与高龄组样本数量较少有一定的关系,样本数量的扩充可能更有代表性。就所有样本来看,染色体异常率69.4%,实验失败率6.9%。结论染色体数目异常是胚胎停育的主要病因,不同染色体异常发生率在高龄组与低龄组中的分布不存在差异。 Objective To investigate the correlation between embryo abortion and abnormal chromosome results by detecting Chromosome micro array(CMA)in fetal villi of 72 patients with embryo abortion in early pregnancy.To help patients understand the influencing factors of embryo abortion and its harmfulness.So as to guide the patient to give birth again.Methods Seventy-two abortion tissue samples from prenatal diagnosis center of Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2017 to 2020,aged 20 to 43 years(average age 32.0 years),were collected,and the difference of chromosome abnormality ratio between<35 years old group and≥35 years old group was compared,and the detection results were statistically and comprehensively analyzed.Results The two groups of samples were detected by CMA.The detection rates of chromosome abnormality in the younger and older groups were 67.3%and 73.9%,respectively.Comparing the chromosome abnormality ratio between the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the failure rates were 6.1%and 8.7%,respectively.16 trisomy and X monomer accounted for 14.3%and 10.20%,respectively,of chromosome abnormalities in the<35-year-old group.X monomer accounts for the largest proportion of chromosome abnormalities in the group≥35 years old,accounting for 13.00%,while other abnormal species are scattered.This situation may be related to the small number of samples in the elderly group,and the expansion of sample number may be more representative.As far as all samples are concerned,the chromosome abnormality rate is 69.4%,and the experimental failure rate is 6.9%.Conclusion Chromosome number abnormality is the main cause of embryo abortion,and there is no difference in the distribution of different chromosome abnormalities between the older and younger groups.
