条件强化心理治疗应用于精神分裂症合并社交焦虑障碍患者中的临床价值

Clinical value of conditional intensive psychotherapy in schizophrenia patients with social anxiety disorder

目的探讨条件强化心理治疗用于精神分裂症合并社交焦虑障碍患者临床应用价值。方法选取河南煤炭卫生学校附属医院2018年10月至2020年10月期间98例精神分裂症合并社交焦虑障碍患者为研究对象,将其以心理干预方式不同分为对照组、观察组,各49例,分别实施常规治疗、条件强化心理治疗,利用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、社交焦虑评分(LSAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)工具来比较两组治疗前后焦虑情绪、社交焦虑情绪、精神性症状及认知功能改善情况。结果治疗后观察组HAMA、LSAS均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SCL-90、PANSS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组WMS评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症合并社交焦虑障碍患者应用强化心理治疗,可改善其焦虑情绪、社交焦虑状态及精神分裂症状,改善患者认知功能障碍,效果理想。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of conditional intensive psychotherapy in schizophrenia patients with social anxiety disorder.method.Methods Totally 98 schizophrenic patients with social anxiety disorder in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases in each group.They were given routine treatment and conditional intensive psychotherapy respectively.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),social anxiety score(LSAS),symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),positive and negative were used PANSS was used to compare the improvement of anxiety,social anxiety,mental symptoms and cognitive function between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,HAMA and LSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);SCL-90 and PANSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);WMS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive psychotherapy in schizophrenia patients with social anxiety disorder can improve their anxiety,social anxiety and schizophrenia symptoms,and improve their cognitive dysfunction,with ideal effect.
