2013—2019年郑州市人感染H7N9禽流感实验室检测分析 被引量:2

Laboratorial diagnosis and analysis of human infection with Avian influenza H7N9 virus in Zhengzhou from 2013 to 2019

摘要 目的分析郑州市疾控中心病毒实验室检测并确诊的12例人感染H7N9禽流感病例及6年禽流感外环境监测的实验室检测结果,为本地区今后人感染禽流感的防治工作提供相对科学、准确的实验室支撑。方法使用Real-time RT-PCR技术对34例疑似病例的97份标本进行实验室病毒核酸检测、分型,并用Excel 2007软件进行数据的整理、绘图、分析。结果12例确诊患者下呼吸道标本H7N9核酸检测均为阳性,上呼吸道鼻咽拭仅有5例阳性,且下呼吸道标本病毒浓度高、转阴时间长于鼻咽拭标本。结论人感染H7N9禽流感起病急、进展快、病死率高,主要侵染人体下呼吸道,导致重症肺炎,要优先采集下呼吸道标本进行检测,以快速确诊、避免漏检、提高治愈率。 Objective To analyze the 12 patients of human infection with avian influenza H7 N9 and external environment samples tested by virus laboratory of Zhengzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2013 to 2019,so as to provide the relatively accurate basis for scientific prevention and control in local area.Methods Real-time RT-PCR technology was used to conduct pathogenic detection of the 97 clinical samples.The detection data were analyzed by Excel 2007 software.Results The samples of low respiratory tract are all positive but only 5 samples of upper respiratory tract are positive in 12 patients,and the virus concentration were higher and turning to negative need longer time in low respiratory tract.Conclusion The disease was acute onset and the case fafality rate was high,the virus infected low respiratory tract mainly and could cause severe pneumonia.We should first collect the specimens of low respiratory tract to test,in order to make a definite diagnosis quckly and avoid missing test,improve the recovery rate.
