近五年国内水产研究热点与前沿——基于科学知识图谱视角

Domestic Research Focus and Frontiers of Fishery Sciences in Recent Five Years——Based on the Perspective of Map of Scientific Knowledge

以2019—2020年中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)收录的水产类核心期刊《中国水产科学》《水产学报》《南方水产科学》作为数据源,采用文献计量学方法定量分析三大期刊2016—2020年所刊载的2154篇文献,同时运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace两款可视化分析软件以及社会网数据分析工具UCINET,绘制刊载文献的社会网络、共现网络等知识图谱,对近五年水产科学的发展态势、知识基础、研究热点和前沿进行了全景分析,以期为国内水产科学的后续理论研究与实践应用提供参考和借鉴。结果显示生长、基因、环境三大主题是近五年国内水产科学领域持续研究的热点;海洋牧场、人工鱼礁、基因组学等主题将成为今后水产科学领域的研究趋势和重点。

Taking the core journals on aquatic products in Chinese Science Citation Database(CSCD)from 2019 to 2020 as its data source,this paper adopts bibliometrics to quantitatively analyze the 2,154 research papers published in such three major journals as Journal of Fishery Sciences of China,Journal of Aquatic Products,Fishery Sciences of South China between 2016 and 2020.Meanwhile,the mapping knowledge domains of social network and co-occurrence network of these published research papers are drawn by using the two visualized analysis software VOSviewer and CiteSpace as well as the data analysis tool UCINET.We use these methods to make a panoramic analysis of the development trend,knowledge base,research focus and frontiers of fishery science in the last five years,hoping to provide references for the subsequent theoretical research and practical application of domestic fishery science.According to the research result,growth,gene and environment are the major three hot topics of continuous researches in domestic aquatic science in the last five years.It is believed that the marine ranching,artificial reefs and genomics will become the research trend and focus in the field of aquatic science in the future.
