美国大型海洋装备运维现状及对我国的启示

Current status of the operation and maintenance of largescale marine equipment in the United States and its enlightenment to China

文中着重对美国大型海洋装备的组织管理体系、国际资源共享共用平台的组织情况和装备研发经费的支持生态等运维现状进行了深入剖析与研究。总结了我国在大型海洋装备运维管理领域不断探索获得的宝贵经验及存在的问题和瓶颈。最后提出了解决我国大型海洋装备利用率低、共享困难、经费支持不稳定等问题的对策和建议。

In this study, I analyze the operation and maintenance status of the organizational structure and management system of large-scale marine equipment in the United States, the organization of international resource sharing platform, and the management of equipment and support for the R&D ecology. I also summarize the valuable experiences, existing problems, and bottlenecks in the field of operation and maintenance management of large-scale marine equipment in China. Finally, I propose the countermeasures and solutions to solve the problems of low utilization rate, difficulty in resource sharing, and unstable financial support of large-scale marine equipment in China.
