中国沿海11省驱动海洋经济发展的多元路径分析

Multi-Path analysis of driving marine economy development in 11 coastal provinces of China

驱动海洋经济发展是实现海洋强国目标的必由之路。本文基于中国沿海11省经济数据,并运用fs-QCA分析方法研究中国沿海省驱动海洋经济发展多元路径。研究发现,海洋经济的有效发展不是由某单一条件决定的,而是多个条件复杂组合下实现的;提高海洋经济有效发展的路径有4条,分别是海洋生物资源与海域管理驱动型,科技创新驱动型,可持续发展驱动型,综合发展驱动型,代表省市分别是福建、上海、山东、广东。结果表明各沿海省市应因地制宜选择合理路径,制定相应政策,推动海洋经济发展。

The development of marine economy is the only way to achieve the goal of maritime power.Based on the economic data of 11 coastal provinces in China,this paper uses FS-QCA analysis method to study the multi-path of marine economic development driven by China’s coastal provinces.It is found that the effective development of marine economy can be achieved not by a single condition,but by a complex combination of multiple conditions.Generally,there are four ways to improve the effective development of marine economy including marine living resources and sea area management,scientific and technological innovation,sustainable development and comprehensive development.They are represented by Fujian,Shanghai,Shandong and Guangdong.The results show that coastal provinces and cities need to adjust measures to local conditions,choose their own reasonable path,formulate corresponding policies,and promote the development of marine economy.
