三种热带经济海藻养殖现状与应用前景

Cultivation Status and Application Prospect of Three Tropical Economic Seaweeds

海藻产业是以大型海藻为主的新兴产业,目前全球的海藻生产量正逐年攀升中,其中大型海藻生产量占全部藻类的99%,而热带经济大型海藻近年来逐渐成为大型海藻养殖业的主流对象,极大地促进藻类产业的快速发展。本文主要以热带经济大型海藻麒麟菜、江蓠与近年来在中国兴起的长茎葡萄蕨藻为例,总结了现阶段国内、外热带经济大型海藻的养殖现状并对主要养殖种类的营养成分进行了比较分析,探讨了热带大型海藻的应用前景及其价值,以期为热带经济大型海藻养殖业可持续发展提供参考资料与理论基础。

The seaweed industry is an emerging industry dominated by large seaweeds.At present,the global seaweed production is rising year by year.The large seaweed production accounts for 99%of all seaweeds,and the tropical economic seaweed has gradually become the mainstream of seaweed farming in recent years,greatly promoting the rapid development of the seaweed industry.Here we take Eucheuma,Gracilaria and Caulerpa lentilliferaas as examples,summarized the cultivation status at home and abroad of these three seaweeds,and compared and analyzed their nutrient composition.The application prospects and valuation of three seaweeds have also been explained.We aimed to provide a reference and theoretical basis for the sustainable development of seaweed farming.
