一种新型饮用水对黑腹果蝇寿命和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of a new drinking water on life span and antioxidant capacity of Drosophila melanogaster

摘要 目的探讨一种新型饮用水对黑腹果蝇的寿命、生长发育情况以及抗氧化功能的影响。方法将W1118黑腹果蝇随机分为实验组(喂养新型饮用水)和对照组(喂养纯净水)。在对应培养基上培养,通过生存实验测得子代果蝇的寿命,测定过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)等抗氧化酶指标,测量果蝇的体重与体长,评价新型饮用水的作用。结果与对照组比较,实验组饲养的雌性果蝇寿命显著延长(P<0.05);实验组雌性果蝇和雄性果蝇的体重(P<0.05)和体长(P<0.05)均显著增大;但两组的运动攀爬能力和繁殖能力、摄食量、抗氧化酶活力均无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论本文所使用的新型饮用水可以延长雌性果蝇的寿命,而且能够促进果蝇的生长发育。 Objective To explore the effects of a new drinking water on the life span,growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster and its antioxidation function.Methods Drosophila melanogaster W1118 were randomly divided into experimental group(fed with new drinking water)and control group(fed with pure water).Drosophila was cultured on the corresponding medium.The life span of offspring drosophila was measured by survival experiment.Antioxidant enzymes such as catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were measured,and the weight and body length of drosophila were measured to evaluate the effect of the new drinking water.Results Compared with the control group,female fruit flies in the experimental group showed significantly longer life span(P<0.05);The body weight(P<0.05)and body length(P<0.05)of female and male fruit flies in the experimental group increased significantly;However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in sports climbing ability,reproductive ability,food intake and antioxidant enzyme activity(P>0.05).Conclusion The new drinking water used in this paper can prolong the life of female fruit flies and promote the growth and development of fruit flies.
