摘要
目的研究超声骨刀联合反角高速涡轮钻在拔除下颌低位阻生齿中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月~2021年5月在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院行下颌低位阻生齿拔除的患者116例(患牙共116颗)为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(采用反角高速涡轮钻拔除患牙)和联合组(采用超声骨刀联合反角高速涡轮钻拔除患牙),每组58例,并采用单盲法进行研究。比较两组患者手术时间、术后疼痛、并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果联合组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后中/重度疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声骨刀联合反角高速涡轮钻用于拔除下颌低位阻生齿可减少手术时间,缓解术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonic bone knife combined with contra-angle high-speed turbo drill in the extraction of low-impacted mandibular teeth.Methods A total of 116 patients(116 affected teeth)who underwent extraction of mandibular low impacted teeth in Affiliated Huai’an Number 1 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group(using a contra-angle high-speed turbo drill to extract the affected teeth)and the combined group(using ultrasonic bone knife combined with contra-angle high-speed turbo drill to extract the affected teeth)by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group,and the study was conducted by a single-blind method.The operation time,postoperative pain,complications and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the combined group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of moderate/severe pain in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after surgery in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ultrasonic bone knife combined with contra-angle high-speed turbo drill to remove low-impacted mandibular teeth can reduce the operation time,relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
