根膜技术联合Bio-OSS骨粉在前牙美学区即刻种植修复中的应用效果

Application effect of root membrane technology combined with Bio-OSS bone powder in immediate implant repair of anterior aesthetic zone

目的探究根膜技术联合Bio-OSS骨粉在前牙美学区即刻种植修复中的应用效果。方法选取如皋市人民医院2018年3月~2021年4月收治的89例前牙美学区即刻种植修复患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案将其分为研究组和对照组。对照组44例,采用不翻瓣即刻种植,研究组45例,采用根膜技术即刻种植。2组患者均于术后即刻评估种植体稳定性,并随访12个月评估种植牙成功率、骨吸收、美学效果及并发症。结果研究组种植成功率95.56%,对照组种植成功率90.91%,2组种植成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组术后即刻种植体稳定性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组骨板厚度及骨板高度均低于治疗前,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后6个月及12个月红色美学指数(pink esthetic score,PES)、白色美学指数(white esthetic score,WES)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者术后12个月内的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根膜技术联合Bio-OSS骨粉应用于前牙美学区即刻种植修复中种植成功率高,更有助于减少骨吸收,提高美学效果且安全性良好。

Objective To explore the application effect of root membrane technology combined with Bio-OSS bone powder in immediate implant repair of anterior aesthetic zone.Methods The medical records of 89 patients with immediate implant restoration in anterior aesthetic zone treated in Rugao people’s Hospital from March 2018 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment scheme,they were divided into study group and control group.Forty-four cases in the control group were immediately implanted without flap,and 45 cases in the study group were immediately implanted with root membrane technology.The implant stability of the two groups was evaluated immediately after operation,and the patients were followed up for 12 months to evaluate the success rate of implant,bone resorption,aesthetic effect and complications.Results The success rate of planting in the study group was 95.56%.The planting success rate of the control group was 90.91%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the stability of immediate implants between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the thickness and height of bone plate in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pink esthetic score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES)in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 6 and 12 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups within 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of root membrane technology combined with Bio-OSS bone powder in immediate implant repair of anterior aesthetic zone has a high success rate,which is more helpful to reduce bone resorption,improve aesthetic effect and good safety.
