新型生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术联合热牙胶充填治疗恒牙慢性根尖周炎的效果

Effect of new bioceramic iRoot BP Plus apical barrier technique combined with hot gutta percha filling on chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth

目的对新型生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术联合热牙胶充填治疗恒牙慢性根尖周炎的效果进行对比分析。方法选取2017年2月~2020年2月镇江市口腔医院恒牙慢性根尖周炎患者94例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组47例。其中对照组采用常规热牙胶垂直加压充填;观察组采用新型生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术联合热牙胶充填。比较两组术后6个月疗效,统计平均治疗次数、平均治疗周期,比较术前、术后6个月咀嚼功能(咬合力、咀嚼效率),比较术后6个月治疗满意度及术后6个月内不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率93.62%,高于对照组72.34%(P<0.05);观察组平均治疗次数及平均治疗周期小于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月咬合力、咀嚼效率高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率4.26%,低于对照组19.15%(P<0.05)。结论新型生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus根尖屏障术联合热牙胶充填治疗恒牙慢性根尖周炎效果更加显著,安全性更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of new bioceramic iRoot BP Plus apical barrier technique combined with hot gutta percha filling on chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth.Methods Ninety-four cases of chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth in Zhenjiang Stomatological Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hot gutta percha vertical pressure filling technology,and the observation group was treated with iRoot BP Plus apical barrier technique combined with hot gutta percha filling.The curative effects of the two groups were compared 6 months after operation,the average treatment times and average treatment cycle were counted,and the masticatory function(bite force and masticatory efficiency)before and 6 months after operation were compared.The treatment satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions within 6 months after operation were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.62%higher than 72.34%in the control group(P<0.05).The average treatment times and average treatment cycle in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bite force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.26%lower than 19.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new bioceramic iRoot BP Plus apical barrier technique combined with hot gutta percha filling is more effective and safe in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth.
