医学生主观幸福感现状及其影响因素研究

A study of subjective well-being and affecting factors of medical college students

目的研究医学生主观幸福感现状及其影响因素。方法采用主观幸福感量表、社会支持评定量表以及一般情况调查表对哈尔滨医大学296名医学生进行问卷调查。结果不同的家庭经济状况(F=6.95,P=0.001)、恋人状态(t=3.57,P=0.000)以及生源地(t=2.37,P=0.018)的医学生在总体主观幸福感上得分差异具有统计学意义;不同的性别(t=-2.04,P=0.04)、家庭经济状况(F=7.75,P=0.001)、恋人状态(t=2.27,P=0.024)、学习成绩(F=2.65,P=0.049)以及生源地(t=2.15,P=0.032)的医学生在生活满意度上得分差异具有统计学意义;回归分析结果显示生源地、家庭经济状况与主观幸福感得分呈负相关,社会支持与主观幸福感得分呈正相关。结论医学生生源地、家庭经济状况以及社会支持是其主观幸福感的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the current situation of subjective well-being of medical students,and its relationship with social support and its influential factors.Methods Scale of international questionnaire-subjective well-being and social support questionnaire were used to test 296 students in Harbin Medical University.Results There were significant differences in subjective well-being among medical students of different family economic status(F=6.95,P=0.001),lover status(t=3.57,P=0.000)and origins(t=2.37,P=0.018);there were significant differences in life satisfaction among medical students of the different sex(t=-2.04,P=0.04),family economic status(F=7.75,P=0.001),lover status(t=2.27,P=0.024),academic record(F=2.65,P=0.049)and origins(t=2.15,P=0.032);regression analyze showed that origins,family economic status were negatively related with subjective well-being score;social support were positively related with subjective well-being score.Conclusion Origins,family economic status and social support are the affective factors of subjective well-being score.
