绘画疗法治疗自我意识低水平矮小症患儿的应用研究

Study on the treatment of children with low self-consciousness dwarfism by painting therapy

目的探讨绘画疗法治疗自我意识低水平矮小症患儿的临床效果。方法采用随机数字法将60例自我意识低水平矮小症患儿随机分为两组(n=30),对照组行纯生长激素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合绘画疗法。干预6个月后,比较两组患儿身高、情绪状态、自我意识以及对药物治疗的依从性、服药后副反应情况。结果干预3个月后,观察组患儿身高增长速度高于对照组,两组间差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,两组患儿身高增长速度均明显高于治疗3个月时,且观察组患儿明显高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿骨龄对应的身高标准差分值明显少于对照组、预测成年身高明显高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组对生长激素治疗依从性明显高于对照组(93.33%vs 76.67%),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿躯体外貌与属性、合群、幸福与满足评分明显高于对照组,焦虑评分明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿眼睑肿胀、关节疼痛、四肢水肿等药物副反应总发生率明显低于对照组(6.67%vs 23.33%),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生长激素治疗的基础上联合绘画疗法可有效提高自我意识低水平矮小症患儿的治疗依从性,降低药物副反应,改善患儿情绪状态及自我意识,有利于促进患儿身高增长速度的提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of painting therapy in the treatment of low self-consciousness children with low level of dwarfism.Methods Sixty cases of children with low self-consciousness were randomly divided into two groups(n=30).The control group was treated with growth hormone,while the observation group was treated with drawing therapy.After 6 months,the height,emotional state,self-consciousness,compliance and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the growth rate of the observation group was not significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).After 6 months,the growth rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of height standard deviation corresponding to bone age in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the predicted adult height was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.33%vs 76.67%,P<0.05).The score of physical appearance and attribute,group,happiness and satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of SDS and SAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of side effects of eyelid swelling,joint pain and edema of the limbs in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(6.67%vs 23.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Based on growth hormone therapy,combined painting therapy can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with low self-consciousness,reduce the side effects,improve the emotional state and self-consciousness of children,and promote the growth of children’s height.
