摘要
目的研究患者主动脉-桡动脉压力逆变的危险因素及机制。方法根据术后是否出现压力逆变将患者分为两组,统计分析采用SAS 9.4软件,多重检验采用Bonferroni法校正。统计图采用GraphPad Prism 5软件制作。结果两组患者在有无糖尿病、复杂手术、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间上有统计学差异(P均<0.01)。结论体外循环的应用是导致患者压力逆变的根本原因。其中有无糖尿病、手术复杂程度、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间是出现压力逆变的危险因素。压力逆变的机制是桡动脉血管阻力指数升高、桡动脉血管扩张。
Objective To investigate the risk factors and mechanism of aortic-radial pressure inversion in patients.Methods Patients were divided into two groups according to whether there was postoperative pressure inversion,statistical analysis was performed by SAS 9.4 software,and multiple tests were corrected using Bonferroni method.The statistical graph was made by GraphPad Prism 5 software.Results There were statistical differences between the two groups on patients with or without diabetes,complicated surgery,extracorporeal circulation time and aortic occlusion time(all P<0.01).Conclusion The application of cardiopulmonary bypass is the root cause of the patient’s pressure inversion.Among them,the presence or absence of diabetes,the complexity of surgery,the time of extracorporeal circulation,and the time of aortic occlusion are the risk factors for pressure inversion.The mechanism of pressure reversal is the increase of radial artery vascular resistance index and radial artery vasodilation.
