TT-TG/TT-TE、Insall-Salvati指数及髌骨倾斜角和青少年髌骨不稳的关系研究 被引量:2

Relationship between TT-TG/TT-TE, Insall-Salvati index and sacral tilt angle and adolescent patellar instability

摘要 目的探究多TT-TG/TT-TE、Insall-Salvati指数及髌骨倾斜角与青少年髌骨不稳的关系。方法随机选择100例髌骨不稳的患者作为研究组,选择同期健康者50例作为对照组。通过磁共振成像(MRI)检测TT-TG/TT-TE以及髌骨倾斜角相关指标,使用X线片检测和计算Insall-Salvati指数。结果研究组的TT-TG和TT-TG/TT-TE数值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的0°髌骨倾斜角和30°髌骨倾斜角均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的髌腱长度和Insall-Salvati指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。TT-TG/TT-TE的ROC曲线下面积为0.917,大于TT-TG的曲线下面积0.879。髌骨倾斜角30度和Insall-Salvati指数的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.831和0.814。结论TT-TG/TT-TE、屈曲30°时的髌骨倾斜角以及Insall-Salvati指数对于青少年髌骨不稳均具有较好的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the relationship between multiple TT-TG/TT-TE,Insall-Salvati index and sacral tilt angle and adolescent patella instability.Methods One hundred patients with unstable humerus were randomly selected as the study group,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)was used to detect TT-TG/TT-TE and tibia tilt angle related indicators,and X-ray films were used to detect and calculate the Insall-Salvati index.Results The TT-TG and TT-TG/TT-TE values of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The 0°sacral tilt angle and 30°sacral tilt angle of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The length of the sputum and the Insall-Salvati index were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of TT-TG/TT-TE was 0.917,which was greater than the area under the curve of TT-TG of 0.879.The area under the ROC curve of the sacral tilt angle of 30 degrees and the Insall-Salvati index were 0.831 and 0.814,respectively.Conclusion TT-TG/TT-TE,sacral tilt angle at 30°flexion and Insall-Salvati index have good diagnostic value for adolescent patella instability.
