肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白在结直肠上皮内瘤变中表达的研究

目的观察肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白(podoplanin,PNPD)在结直肠上皮内瘤变内镜手术组织中的表达,研究其在结直肠上皮内瘤变中的作用。方法回顾性研究40例结直肠上皮内瘤变患者,采用免疫组织化学法检测内镜手术组织中肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白的表达,并与40例直、结肠癌组织和40例正常组织进行对照。采用免疫组织化学法检测40例结直肠上皮内瘤变内镜手术组织、40例直、结肠癌组织和40例正常对照组织中肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白的表达,分析其与上皮内瘤变的关系。结果肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白主要表达在细胞淋巴管内皮细胞上,肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白标记的淋巴管密度(lymphatic vessel density of glomerular podocyte membrane mucin,LMVD)在直、结肠癌组织中表达高于上皮内瘤变组织,差异显著(P<0.05);其在上皮内瘤变组织中的表达与正常大肠组织中表达相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肾小球足突细胞膜黏蛋白在结直肠上皮内瘤变内镜手术组织中高表达,可以作为结直肠上皮内瘤变的标记物。

Objective To observe the expression of podoplanin(PNPD)in intraepithelial neoplasiathe,and to investigate the role of PNPD in colorectal intraepithelial neoplasiathe.Methods The expression of PNPD in specimens of colorectal carcinoma,intraepithelial neoplasiathe and colorectal normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.And the relationships between PNPD and intraepithelial neoplasiathe were analyzed.Results The lymphatic vessel density(LMVD)marked by PNPD of colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that of intraepithelial neoplasiathe(P<0.05).The lymphatic vessel density(LMVD)marked by podoplanin of intraepithelial neoplasiathe was significantly higher than that of normal tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion PNPD express highly in intraepithelial neoplasiathe.PNPD can be used to mark intraepithelial neoplasiathe.
