福建省沿海与内陆居民胃黏膜功能状态调查

Survey on gastric mucosal function of residents in coastal and inland areas in Fujian,China

目的了解福建省沿海与内陆居民胃黏膜功能状态。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法,在沿海和内陆地区5个县(市、区)抽取1410名居民开展问卷调查,用ELISA法检测血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Hp-IgG水平,计算PGR(pepsinogen ratio),比较沿海与内陆居民胃黏膜功能状态。结果沿海居民血清PGR水平低于内陆,血清PGR异常率高于内陆,胃癌血清学指标筛查阳性率高于内陆,PGR水平异常风险是内陆的3.33倍,PGⅠ合并PGR水平异常风险是内陆的1.42倍。结论福建省沿海居民胃黏膜功能水平低于内陆,在沿海地区开展萎缩性胃炎及早期胃癌筛查,对降低胃癌发病率有较大的现实意义。

Objective To study the function of gastric mucosal of residents in coastal and inland areas in Fujian.Methods Totally 1410 residents s were selected from 5 counties in coastal and inland areas by multistage random sampling method and investigated by questionnaire.The levels of serum pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogenⅡand Hp-IgG were detected by ELISA method,and PGR(pepsinogen ratio)values were calculated.The function of gastric mucosal between coastal and inland residents was compared.Results The level of serum PGR in coastal residents was lower than that in inland residents,and the abnormal rate of serum PGR was higher than that in inland residents.The positive rate of serological screening for gastric cancer in coastal residents was higher than that in inland residents.The abnormal risk of PGR level in coastal residents was 3.33 times of inland residents,and the abnormal risk of PGI combined with PGR level was 1.42 times of inland residents.Conclusion The function level of gastric mucosa in coastal residents was lower than that of inland residents.It is of great practical significance to reduce the incidence rate of gastric cancer by screening for atrophic gastritis and early gastric cancer of residents in Fujian coastal area.
