摘要
本文报道从蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)菌丝体分离出的五个倍半萜醇芳香酸酯、即蜜环菌戊素(melleolide,1)蜜环菌甲素(armillarin,2),蜜环菌乙素(armillaridin,3)蜜环菌丁素(armillaribin,4)和蜜环菌丙素(armillaricin,5)的质谱裂解方式和重要的质谱特征,这些特征为测定该类新化合物的化学结构提供了可靠的证据.
Mass spectrometric fragmentations and characteristics of five sesquiterpenol aro-maric esters,melleolide(1),armillarin(2),armillaridin(3),armillaribin(4)andarmillaricin(5),in which 2—5 are new compounds,isolated from mycelium ofArmillaria mellea artifially cultured,are reported.Thus,the reliable evidences canbe supplied by these characteristics for structural elucidation of the same kinds of newcompounds.
