金果榄系防己科植物(Tinospora capillipes Gagneg)别名:地苦胆、山慈姑、九牛胆、金牛胆,是我国常用中药,有清热解毒之效.性苦寒,入肺、胃经,用以治疗急性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎等[1].

A new furanoditerpenoid glycoside,named tinoside(1)has been isolated from theextract of the rhizoma of Tinospora capillipes Gagnep.It was identified as isocolumbin-4-β-D-pyranoglucoside by spectral analyses and chemical hydrolysis.The othercomponents isoiated were identified as columbin(2),isocolumbin(3),palmatine(4),andjatrorrhizine(5).
