摘要
水溶性卟啉衍生物与锌的显色反应已有很多报道,Ishii等人曾经提出以meso-四(N-甲基-3-吡啶基)卟啉[简称T(3-MPy)P,1]分光光度测定锌的方法.我们研究了以1测定痕量锌的荧光光度法,其灵敏度较其它水溶性卟啉衍生物测定锌的分光光度法要高,检出量为1ppb,线性范围为0—1.0μg/25mL.本法比较简便,已用于测定自来水和头发中的微量锌,结果满意.
Methods for the fluorimetric determination of trace zinc with meso-tetra(3N-methylpyridyl)porphyrin[T(3-MPy)P]has been developed.Zn(Ⅱ)reacts rapidlywith[T(3-MPy)P]to form a 1:1 complex over the pH range 8.7—9.7 at roomtemperature,the interference of the[T(3-MPy)p]remaining can be eliminated byadding a small excess of copper(Ⅱ)to form copper(Ⅱ)complex.The fluorescence ismeasured at 606nm after 0.5h of complexation with excitation at 430nm,at roomtemperature The calibration curve is linear over the range Zn(Ⅱ)0—1.0μg/25mL,and the limit of detection of the method is 1ppb.The method established could be usedfor the determiination of zine in tap water and hair.
