Positron Annihilation Study of Organic Conductor

本文测量一些新的复合物型有机导体中正电子湮没的寿命谱,线形参数和3γ湮没的相对产额.结果表明,在电荷完全转移的绝缘体和电荷部分转移的导体中.

Using the positron as a microprobe,we studied some characters of the organic conductors.The lineshapes parameters S,lifetime and 3γrelative yield of positron annihilation were measured in some new organic conductors.The results show that the positron annihilation characteristics in partial charge transfer complexes are obviously different from those in complete charge transfer complexes.The former are conductors while the latter are insulators.Both the S parameter and the lifetime τ_(1) are evidently correlative with the conductivity of these materials.The conduction mechanism of these materials was discussed.
