摘要
Fourier变换质谱是近十年来从离子回旋质谱发展起来的新型质谱[1].我们曾用Fourier变换质谱研究羧酸苄基酯的自身化学电离(Self-chemical ionization)质谱[2,3].
The self-chemical ionization in Fourier transform mass spectrometry(Nicolet FTMS-1000)of 3-benzyloxyaniline and p-bromoaniline is reported.A delay time up to 500ms at 5×10-8 Torr is sufficient to permit ion-molecule reactions to take place.3-Benzyloxyaniline produced the m/z 290,380 and 470 ions.p-Bromoaniline produced the m/z 184 ions.The studies of the reaction mechanisms were performed by multiple resonance ion ejection.In 3-benzyloxyaniline the m/z 290,380 and 470 ions were obtained by reacting the m/z 91,290 and 380 ions with neutral molecules,respectively.p-Bromoaniline produced the ion m/z 184,which were obtained from the reaction of m/z 92 ions with neutral molecules,and most possible structure of ion m/z 184 may be H2NC6H4C6H4NH2.
