银-氯化钾-吡啶甲酸体系的表面增强Raman光谱

摘要 从Fleischmann和Van Duyne等发现了表面增强Raman散射(SERS)效应[1,2]以来,大量的研究发现多种分子在电极表面、胶体、真空沉积界面均有SERS效应[3]. The surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectra ofα-,β-andγ-pyridinecarboxylic acids are compared with the Raman spectra of the solid compounds,aqueous solutions and related silver complexes.There is considerable Raman surface-enhancement in Ag-KCl-γ-pyridinecarboxylic acid and Ag-KCl-α-pyridinecarboxylic acid systems.The enhancement factor is about 10~6 forγ-pyridinecarboxylic acid,10~4—10~5 forα-isomer and 10~3 forβ-isomer.The behaviour of catalytic waves of these isomers has been Studied in H3PO4+NaH2PO4 buffer solution.The results show that there is a parallelism between enhancement factor and adsorption ability of pyridinecarboxylic acid.The mechanism of adsorption and SERS of these isomers are discussed.
