摘要
核酸中的重要组分尿嘧啶及其衍生物曾广泛用作医药,植物激素等;研究尿嘧啶的化学性质对揭示衰老,致癌等生命现象也有重要意义.
The photo-coupling reaction of 1,3-dimethyl-5-iodouracil with benzene and substituted benzenes were studied.The structures of 13 new compounds obtained were determined by IR,NMR,MS or elemental analysis.The substituent effects on the reactions and the mass spectrum of the products were discussed.It is found that the reaction were accelerated by triplet sensitizer.
